Whereas interim management means above all a fast start and sustainable implementation, business consultancy emphasises profound analysis and advice that can be implemented. Both fields, though, demand active listening.

Often the origin of a problem is not what it first seems. Obvious solutions are not automatically the best ones. Therefore I consider active listening to be a key element in my approach.
